Exercise every morning-Weak up early morning 5:30am to 6:00am prepare workout necessaries(gym clothes sneakers, shoes and others) .Then exercise start in the morning before eating. Which will help you weight loss. Work out at least on hour-such as –RUN&WALK, JUMPING JACKS, SQUATS, PUSHUP, SITUP, LUNGES, and WALL SIT etc.
Important equipment for Home exercise-gym mats, water bottle, skipping rope, muscle board etc.
Eat proper food-Eat proper foods and portion every meals. Eat more Fresh food and vegetables and drink enough water. Avoid market’s oily food and Trans fat. Eat protein foods (nuts, beans, fish etc.).Calcium most imported, so drink milk and other.
Better sleep-Get 6 to 7 hours sleep every night. Good sleep keeps you fresh body and mind. Choose sleep time .less stress and depression. Don’t drink coffee before sleep
